Hello Faisal, we do not currently offer an MP3 specifically aimed at becoming more tactful. I think that the fact you are aware of this is very much indicative of you being able to make the changes you are after though, and there are many ways to develop tact without the aid of hypnosis.

I have often described myself as a WYSIWIG kinda guy – yes, What You See Is What You Get. No airs or graces, at least that’s what people tell me.

Do I get accused of being insensitive sometimes? You betcha.

Do people know where they stand, respect my honesty, and (as long as they’ve known me more than 5 minutes) realise that it’s all meant with the best of intentions? Yup, that too.

I do try to, and can, be very empathetic/sympathetic/diplomatic as the situation requires, but I’m still basically a fairly blunt, ‘tell it like it is’ Northerner and I’ve got no intention of changing that.

So you can probably guess what the personality is in my marketing…. 🙂
