Even therapists are allowed to be grumpy/angry/upset. Possibly the difference to other folks is that we would rather not hang on to the negative aspect of the emotion once the moment has passed.

Unless you want to use that emotional state to deal with an unwanted situation of course. Everything has a use at some time or in some situation.

Normal changes over time and good job to or else we'd still be baby sized and pooping our nappies.

I have a long drive ahead of me today and no doubt I will at times channel my inner grumpy git status to deal with an annoying road user.

PS I'm in the 40-50 age group.............I guess I'd almost qualify for the Grumpy Old Men TV programme.
