Hope you have a wonderful birthday. I write this from sunny Cardiff where I spent the small hours talking to South Wales Fire Service and Police (the flat next door to mine caught fire). Would just like to take this opportunity to publically salute the courage and dedication of the people who work for the emergency services who, in the early hours, prevented a much worse situation from developing and put the fire out. With the help of your products, my confidence has increased a lot. But I don’t have the courage the people who work for the emergency services have. Thank goodness for them all.
