Even though most of us are mainly doing our best on this, there is always somethings we can &#039;tweak&#039; or incorporate in our lives. I think learning to say &#039;no&#039; to things is a big one, as then you have more time and mental capacity to say &#039;yes&#039; to the right things, as mentioned above, things that will improve our outlook and mental health. When I started to be a bit more boundaried with my own time, it was a game changer.]]></description>
