All the best for the London marathon, mate.

Repetitions can come back to haunt people. I'm thinking of Tony Blair's infamous: "education, education, education" which is now recycled at him as: "liar, liar, liar".

There are those who think I changed Martin to Marty so I didn't get reminded of the repetitive chant that used to come from the school playground of: "Fartin' Martin. Fartin' Martin." I should just point out I didn't have some sort of medical problem. It was just some school kids working out how to rhyme words together for the first time and getting excited about it.

But no, I changed it because a hot, blonde, Irish woman kept calling me by the name Marty and when she said it was...well...nice. LOL. So that kind of positive repetition can do wonders. :)

Enjoy the marathon. And good luck.
