Meaning using the swish pattern with the alternative behaviours that were generated from the 6 step reframe and do several repeats. Kind Regards, Michael]]></description>

A great way to change modalities quickly and easily. The key point is to make the change very fast with the sound that the doors used to make on the Starship Enterprise - SWISH. LOL. The technique usually works in one repetition, however, I agree with you that you can repeat the technique many times and at least 5 times and ideally 10 times as you say.
