Let’s put this in some context Mike… The quote is not made by me or anything related to me.

How about actually stating where the quote came from?

It is from an advertised product that is being pushed, it is something to be paid for, not being offered for free by myself or the other authors involved in this project.

In relation to the claim you quote, is a hypnotherapist making the claim? Is it being claimed that hypnotherapy can do these things? Then why is it possibly giving hypnotherapy a bad reputation?

The people making these claims offer a money-back guarantee if the claims are not met... What's more, if you are not impressed by such claims, you can simply ignore them and not invest in such a product. Simple.

With reagrds to the project itself… It is overhyped… If hype is not your cup of tea, then you are capable of seeing beyond it and through the hype and moving toward the stuff that is of some value… The two guys that set it up are well known and very impressive result-oriented internet marketers from the US that get results with this style of approach….

Myself and some of the most impressive, established and professional names in the world of hypnosis chose to be part of this project for many reasons. I think that all of us have very solid and impressive reputations and have a good look around this site... I am laid bare here, I am not hiding behind hype, am I?

In all walks of life, there are flavours and manners and themes that do not agree with us all of the time… Hype is not a very English facet… But there is much material of much value being offered up in this project and anyone looking to know and understand more about this field, would do well to look for it.

For those looking for straight-laced professionalism, then attend a different type of event, like the hugely impressive Global Hypnosis Summit I was speaking at this very weekend just gone by... Did you investigate that event with as much scrutiny Mike?

Just got round to checking this out, Adam. It looks a bit... overhyped.

I mean, "the secret technique used to meditate like a monk and that can instantly solve 99% of all weight loss, smoking and stress reduction problems out there"? That's just an absurd claim.

Claims like these give hypnotherapy a bad reputation, in my view.
