In reply to Gareth Cheeseman.

Well what an honour to have Gareth Cheeseman himself commenting on the blog!

With regards to your question, I did not personally assert that the right brain was made more accessible to suggestion - as I wrote Benson himself suggested this, so he'd need to be asked personally about left brain/right brain and unconscious models when it comes to this. I tend not to go with any conscious/unconscious models, but that is a discussion for another day and one I have written about in depth elsewhere on this blog.

Commenting as Gareth Cheeseman himself?! Very amusing...
Ok, let's do it, let's go... Let's go to the conference...

You mention making the right brain 'more accessible to suggestion' - are you suggesting the right brain is the seat of the unconscious Adam?

PS You're the best. You're number one!

Not mentioning gareth cheeseman!
Feels similar to the vipassana meditation, observing and not trying to change the breath. Once this americano subsides i'll give it a go. Thanks.
