Oh absolutely Barry, I agree that it can be applied to most facets of life. It lends itself well to running though as repetitive thoughts occur and proliferate a great deal when running and learning to harness them is a real valuable skill.

I also think that in other facets of life, there are a wide range of alternative and equally useful other processes to utilise.
