Nice article Adam. I am a such a fan of getting all of the vitamin D possible and the beach is my chosen destination to do so. I was recently at a local beach building sand castles with my nieces and nephews. What a grand time we had.

Thanks for sharing Adam. We too love the beach, especially taking to the water on the paddle board, so nice to see things from a different perspective. We were down there at the weekend on the boards, wiith the added addition of a fishing line at the request of the young man. Needless to say we had one unhappy boy when we didn’t catch any mackerel. Have a great summer.

Its good for us adult to let go, and be like children without our heavy coat etc,its so therapeutic to be by the breach in
the joyfull relaxing environment
