Thank you Angela, I am delighted you enjoyed the videos and you are quite right, they do offer up many notions that translate into life outside of the therapeutic/training environments.

I hope our paths cross at some stage on a future course, best wishes to you, A.

Adam,
These videos were a delight to watch and listen to. The point you raised - in particular about reading from a script - was especially thought provoking and made a lot of sense. From what I've read in the Prospectus, the course covers a lot of ground and I think it's very apparent that its content is aimed at helping students excel at hypnosis and as individuals. I've listened to several of your CDs and had some pretty good results and these videos were a gentle reminder for daily living really - not just for enrolling on the hypnosis course.

Adam,
Thanks for sending me the video clips of the four hypnotherapy essentials. I found them, particularly those on Congruence and Uniqueness, to be inspiring.
You mentioned the Kyosaku, or the stick of awakening, as used by Zen practitioners in passing. I would say that your four essentials constitute not so much a "stick of awakening", more of a refreshing breeze heralding the new growth of spring.
