Hello Dan, thank you for your comments and thoughts. This process does not really suggest that you use those words as a mantra, and I tend to think there are better ways to heighten awareness of goals. The aim of this process is to enhance alertness, though I am certain there are mental imagery and self-hypnosis processes to help with all manner of other things, this process is designed with a specific outcome in mind.

Best wishes, Adam.

Having a short mantra like “stay frosty” is a great idea, since it’s something you can easily call to mind to remind you of your goals. I realize this is a new method, but it sounds very complex. I was wondering if you think it could be used for anything other than alertness?
