I accept and appreciate their contribution – but I do think that contribution has been inflated by frontline popularity and to be honest other contributions warrant as much enthusiasm.

Interesting that Elman and Erickson don’t warrant much mention in the research being done. I have only just recently been disabused of my understanding that it’s all just a two camp field. It’s a whole new world of learning. Yes!
