And then I realised my own pen was stuck to my fingers. Brilliant I will definitely be practising this technique.

I think the processes like these become a lot easier when you firstly understand the underlying principles, then you start to hang the language off that structure – and if you have a couple of looped double binds at the ready, it’ll work a treat in reinforcing what you do.

And heck, this type of approach beats suggestibility tests in my book too.
