Hi Dima, when it comes to self-hypnosis, there is not really any single best words, sentences or programmes - I give some great guidelines in the book for how to formulate your own and that is the key - the best for you, are going to be those forged and created by you, not spoonfed to you by me. EVen if I was giving you direct suggestions myself, I;d be asking you to interpret them in the best way for you, and to engage your imagination with the words as fully as possible. 

So I cannot really give you a finite answer to this. I would say though, that if you have serious health anxiety, it would probably benefit you more to seek some professional assistance over and beyond self-directed hypnosis. Follow the principles in the book and you&#039;ll be able to derive some good effect though.
