Thanks, Adam.

Yes, I have spoken to my tutor about it. Her advice was to stop stopping myself, go with the flow and let it happen naturally.

Thank you for your offer of a chat on Skype. That is very much appreciated. I'll be in touch in the near future to try and organise that.

Hi Marty, the website prospectus process is all working fine, I have just checked it... All you need to do is register, then email me to tell me you got the forms and I send it all on. I have looked on the prospectus list and can find no record of you, though you do appear elsewhere (ezine distribution)... If you still struggle, email me direct and I'll send it all through :-)

With regards to your second question... First up, I'd say, did you ask your tutor about this? They need to be your first port of call.

Secondly, I'd say it is really tough to offer up a really good depth of advice in a soundbite on a blog comment, I don't know what it is you are doing, I have not seen you in action and would be doing us both a disservice by attempting to offer up training advice based on the snippet given... So anytime you fancy a chat on Skype, perhaps I can offer up something a bit more useful, if you fancy it, email me and we can fix something up. :-)

Always good hearing from you Marty.

Hi Adam,

Great blog post. Just wanted to ask one thing. On your website about the hypnotherapy training it says the following:

"P.P.S. Remember! If you simply make a request for a course prospectus and application — I’ll send you on a full copy of my full-on, amazing ‘Melt Stress’ hypnosis audio programme along with two of my favourite ebooks of all time — books that changed my life when I first read them at the beginning of my career — all you have to do is request a prospectus and application form!"

I tried making a request for a course prospectus by filling in my name and email address on that page on your site but I did not receive anything. Would it be possible to forward onto me a prospectus, the Melt Stress product and the ebooks?

Actually, I'll ask a second question if I may: I'm currently on the foundation year of my psychotherapy course (you are correct about the importance of finding a good course that is worth the investment and the money. It took me five years to find and research a good psychotherapy training course/school). The first module went really well but I hit a bit of a wall as far as the second module was concerned.

The 2nd module was about guiding people into a hypnotic state. I was absolutely fine and indeed quite good at doing non verbal inductions but when it came to the verbal inductions I struggled. One or two people commented that they couldn't hear me and I wasn't sure about my words or my language whilst doing this type of induction.

I realise you're a very busy man but any little bits of advice you might have would be beyond helpful.

Each module, I spend a lot of time recommending you to my fellow psychotherapy trainees

Best wishes,

Marty Drury
