Thanks Foued. If we wish to start getting up earlier, we can certainly condition ourselves to do so. A good start is going to bed earlier. :-) 

However, if you get up later and your entire day starts later, then you could just exercise when you get up and let things progress from there - not so easy if you have a job that starts at 8.30am or 9am, but if you are self-employed, you might want to just nudge your entire usual schedule along.
