Many years ago I worked in a company where all the staff had to wear name badges , as it didn’t specify that it had to be your own name , I found great pleasure in picking a new one from the badge box each day , confusing for customers sometimes, but fun! “Well yesterday I was Peter, I was your waiter, a part time student and still learning the trade, but today, I am Guida, I am Portuguese, a true professional and happy to serve you” …so many labels.
