Sounds like a fantastic time you had with friends and family. Taking some time for oneself is undervalued for many achievers and entrepreneurs in this busy world we live in. This is a fantastic reminder to be kind and stay. When we are feeling lethargic and too busy to ‘do something’ it can seem counter intuitive to get out, up and at em’, but as many of us have experiences and inconveniently forgotten – movement and activity certainly is the ‘gift that keeps giving’.

As I read what you wrote i can feel the happiness, laughter, fun, friendships, and beautiful English countryside and seaside in the summer!
I am sat listening to the sea rolling the pebbles as I continue my mountain of essays that
I inflict upon myself…… I dont’ know how to write a ‘minimum of words’!
