Hi Melanie, I wrote this article as a tongue-in-cheek blog entry. What I consider to be hypnosis is not what is happening to these animals I wrote about in this article a few years back. I don&#039;t think that our professional sphere of competence that we have as a result of our training and qualification extends to animals.

Lots of animals have a fear of fireworks - they are pretty scary. I think a specialist animal trainer or expert is better suited to working with animals that have undue fears and anxiety, more so than a hypnotherapist.
