					<description><![CDATA[Brilliant!  That cheered me up this evening.  I loved the expression on the faces of the class.  They really looked like they were suppressing so much smirking and eye-rolling.  Did you get the feeling that they were much calmer in their classes because they thought that their teacher was obviously cracked...and best not to do anything to upset her?

The cranial nerve explanation had me snorting as well.  Brain gym obviously doesn&#039;t help with retention of human anatomy since that was completely, woefully wrong.

And as for getting the blood flowing to the brain?  I believe that one.  Prancing around would indeed make you feel more alert.  As would the comedy value of watching your loopy teacher ;-)

And, oh my God.  If the brain gym makes you as switched off and vacant as the American guy, with a bizarre lack of affect...then toss me the processed foods, quick!]]></description>
