Hello Phil,

To add to what Adam has already said - when I have used this exercise I have found that when creating the story, the hypnotic exploration seems to elicit an amazing conscious/unconscious collaboration.

The discoveries in my experience invite acceptance, appreciation, a reframe of limitations and new resources.

The client in creating the story ending (via the potential) thereby creates an outcome - and I guess we are about helping people to create realities they wish to live within.

If you would like to chat further, Adam has my details.

Thanks for your interest (-:

Hi Adam,

This is an interesting post, and I was wondering if you or Judith could provide a little more detail. You said that Judith had enjoyed much success with clients using it, and so I was interested to know:

- What particular problems or areas this process is suited to.
- If there is anything that indicates which clients are most likely to benefit from it.
- What kind of successes those clients experience.
- If there are any contraindications or problems associated with using it at all.

If you'd prefer to be discrete in answering, just drop me a mail but it would be great to hear some examples or guidelines about how to get the most of the method.

Cheers,

Phil

Great stuff Elaine... It fits in with plenty of the other bits we have done together on archetypes (and archetypes of transition)... Do let me know how it goes. Good to hear from you :-)
